Serving time is just ten minutes. Recipe makes five servings.

What you will need:

  • 1 ten-inch flour tortillas
  • 1/8 cream cheese
  • 1/8 of head lettuce
  • 1/8 deli-style turkey
  • 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons carrots, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons tomato, minced

What you will do:

1.)    Spread the cream cheese on the tortillas. Make sure it is evenly distributed.

2.)    On top of the cream cheese, put lettuce leaves.

3.)    Add turkey slices on top of the lettuce leaves. Create even layers of turkey slices.

4.)    Sprinkle tomato and carrots on top of the turkey slices.

5.)    Roll the tortilla into medium-sized wraps.

6.)    Slice the wrap into bite-sized pieces.

7.)    Secure the wraps with toothpicks.

Healthy Snacks Recipe #2: Healthy Pizza Sandwiches

The recipe given below will create about four servings. The preparation time will just take about fifteen minutes.

What you will need:

a package of refrigerated crescent rolls

4 slices of mozarella cheese

4 teaspoons of tomato paste

½ teaspoon of dried oregano


What you will do:

1.)    preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.

2.)    Uncover the dough and cut it into 4 rectangles.

3.)    Seal the perforations by pinching it.

4.)    Put the two slices in a baking sheet.

5.)    Moisten the edges of slices with the use of water.

6.)    On each rectangle, place about two slices of mozarella cheese.

7.)    Place two teaspoons of tomato paste on top.

8.)    Sprinkle about ¼ teaspoon of oregano on top.

9.)    Use the remaining dough to cover the slices.

10.)  Seal the slices by using a fork to press the edges down firmly.

11.)  Place in the oven and bake for about ten to twelve minutes.

  • 2 slices of white bread with no crusts

  • 2 tbsp of confectioners’ sugar
  • 1/8 tsp of water


What you will do:

1.    make the bread flat with the help of a rolling pin.

2.    Spread butter on the bread and sprinkle with a bit of cinnamon sugar.

3.    Roll the bread slices.

4.    Slice the bread rolls into bite-sized pieces.

5.    Make a thin frosting by mixing confectioners’ sugar with water.

6.    Drizzle frosting on the slices.

7.    Serve and enjoy!
