1/2 tsp turmeric
3 tbsp vinegar
microgreens
2 eggs
kraut

Cashew Coconut Curry
1/2 cup raw unsalted cashews
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 tbsp red curry paste
1/2-1 tsp red chili flakes
1/2 tsp ground ginger

1 tbsp coconut aminos
2 tbsp lemon
juice 1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 heaping spoonfuls coconut cream from a can refrigerated
overnight

Tahini Toasts
1 sweet potato
2 tbsp tahini
mint
sliced almonds
microgreens
Bake toasts for 20 minutes at 350F
