Easy And Yummy Pancakes – Pizza & Pasta – Comfort Food Delight

Chocolate Chip Pancakes
2 large eggs or 2 flax eggs (2 tbls flax in 6 tbls water)
3 tablespoons full fat coconut milk
2 tablespoons of coconut flour
*if you want to sub, use 1/4 cup of another flour because coconut flour is highly absorptive!
½ mashed ripe banana
½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon baking powder

Pizza
1/2 cup cassava mashed, simply take the skin off and chop. boil for about 20 minutes. you MIGHT be able to use potato, but i haven’t tried!
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/8 teaspoons baking powder
dash of Himalayan salt
for gluten free can use brown rice flour or the almond flour.
2 teaspoons coconut flour OR 2 tablespoons of another flour
For paleo use almond flour.
450F 10 minutes, then another 5 minutes with toppings

Cashew Ricotta:
1 cups cashews (soaked overnight or for 1-2 hours in boiling water)
juice of 1 lemon
About 6 fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp garlic powder

Almond Butter Noodles
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons broth
3 tablespoons almond butter
1 tablespoon coconut aminos
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon maple syrup
Nu pasta noodles
